Shipping Policy

We ship orders on a daily basis using UPS Ground and Home delivery. Smaller items may be shipped via USPS. Due to size restrictions imposed by USPS we cannot ship items longer than 36". Please, no Post Office boxes in address fields without messaging us first. UPS Expedited services are available at checkout should your item need to arrive quicker. Larger items that exceed the dimensional thresholds imposed by FedEx will have to be palletized and ship via truck line. When this occurs we will coordinate with you to arrange details.

Production times average 1 week for all shelving items and 4+ weeks for custom items. Brackets and hardware ship within 2 business days of order receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info once your item has shipped.
